Waterproof Coating And Anti-Mould Black Polyester Filter Mesh Used For Acoustic Devices
SHARE Polyester fabrics feature precise mesh openings, tightly controlled fabric properties, and provide protection against dust and liquids without compromising sound quality. Hydrophobic feature is the nature of polyester, and the water-resistant properties increase as the thread count rises. However, the material is fully waterproof unless it’s coated with special materials.
Usually, the white polyester mesh is under through the dyeing treatment and hydrophobic treatment coating. After hydrophobic treatment, the waterproof level of mesh can get 5 grades, which means when water flow on the surface of polyester mesh, the water will not get off from polyester mesh and at the same time the water will not be hold on the mesh surface.
